We forget all too often: facial steam baths or saunas are an essential part of a beauty routine for our skin’s health.   Used once a month, they purify pores, stimulate blood circulation, detoxify the skin and make it more receptive to skincare.

Simple and effective beauty treatment
For gentle skincare, prepare an infusion of chamomile, lime, lavender or mallow and pour the very hot water into a big bowl. Expose your face to the steam rising from the bowl for about ten minutes. Keep your eyes closed and cover your head with a large towel while doing so.

 

Extra skincare tip
Then rinse your face with clean water to tighten the pores and apply a moisturising mask to give radiantly healthy-looking skin.
