11.30 . Beauty prescription for the winter months

Get through the winter months and still look good? It is possible! Here are our tips for keeping your complexion looking radiant all winter long!

Adapt your skincare products
In winter, you skin is really put to the test: freezing weather outdoors, excessive heating indoors, wind, pollution, lack of sunlight… rough skin and a dull complexion seem to be inevitable… It’s time to adapt your beauty routine! Go for ultra-hydrating, nourishing and repairing skincare products with maximum pampering textures that swathe your skin to preserve it from external attacks.
Brighten your complexion
Your complexion can tend to look grey with stress and fatigue. But what can you do when there is a dire lack of sunlight? Remember to gently exfoliate your skin once a week to stimulate radiance by removing dead skin cells. Always finish off with a hydrating and nourishing face mask that will soak your skin with beneficial properties. And for a little extra help, cheat a bit by adding a drop of self-tanner to your day cream each day. Peachy skin guaranteed!
Nourish your skin from the inside
Boost your skin’s health from the inside by filling up on nutrients at each meal. Omegas 3 and 6 to reinforce skin hydration; vitamins A, C and E to promote cell regeneration and to protect them from oxidation; oligo-elements for proper functioning of the cutaneous system. Opt for seafood, fruit, vegetables, nuts and vegetable oils. To fully recharge your batteries, consider taking a course of food supplements.
